Contents of Team Binder for Team Managers

One way to make things more efficient is to consolidate important information in a team binder that a team manager can reference on the fly, especially while playing away from the home rink in Brighton at away games, tournaments, and showcases.

Each team manager is required to put together a team binder with the following items:

USA Hockey Verified Roster

• A verified USA Hockey roster will be provided to managers by the Club.
• All players, coaches, managers, and volunteers need to sign the appropriate paperwork. Signed copies should be housed in the binder.

USA Hockey Waiver Forms Signed

• Form signed by each player or parent.

USA Hockey Consent to Treat/Medical Form

• At all games and practices Coaches/Managers, in case of an emergency should have a copy of a Consent to Treat Form filled out and signed by the parent for each player on roster.
• All players, coaches, managers, and volunteers need to sign the appropriate paperwork. Signed copies should be housed in the binder.

Blank Scoresheets & Roster Stickers

• Scoresheets are available at the Snack Bar at Reilly rink and will be used for home games. Roster stickers are now required by Massachusetts Hockey and should be used for each game home and away games. Managers should always keep a couple of blank scoresheets in case away venues are out of scoresheets or scorekeepers are not available.
